Benefits of Business Blogs Summary


Professional blogs benefit businesses by providing industry insight and creating a personal tie between the business and the consumer.  Blogs allow stakeholders to give feedback that better meet consumer needs and give insight of competing factors.  The interactive relationship providing the blog with feedback allows the consumer to connect to the business on a more intimate level. The insight and interactive relationship give businesses the opportunity to make more informed business decisions (Chau and Xu 2012).
